When I was retrenched sixteen years ago, as a single mother with a young child, I decided that was the ideal opportunity to do what I always wanted, start my own business. Since then, it has been a roller coaster ride, with many trials and tribulations, but mostly the joy of freedom to determine my own future.
I have learnt a lot about entrepreneurship, especially from the many mistakes and wrong decisions. With my experience and knowledge, I coach entrepreneurs to avoid my mistakes on my journey. I completed my MBA in 2019 with my thesis focusing on entrepreneurship, allowing me to, in turn, lecture other students doing their MBA.
My formal working background and experience include retail buying, marketing, brand development, integrated marketing and communications, advertising, consumer research & customer insights, entrepreneurship, new business development, project management and event management.
My twenty-year stint in corporate gave me deep experience in retail buying, strategic marketing and brand management in retail, FMCG and technology.
The value I can bring to any entrepreneur is based on fourteen years of experience in entrepreneurship managing and developing my small business. Our focus is on high-end event management and all matters pertaining to customer management, marketing and branding.
